Li Shaode
President and Party Committee Secretary

Mr. Li Shaode, the President and Secretary of Party Committee of China Shipping (Group) Company, took post of president in June 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Li had been Vice president and secretary of party committee of China Shipping from 1997 to 2003.
Mr. Li Shaode has been working in shipping industry for nearly 40 years, so he has rich knowledge in international shipping management and operation.
Mr. Li Shaode is Chairman and Executive Director of China Shipping Container Line Co., Ltd and Chairman of China Shipping Development Co. Ltd.
Mr. Li Shaode graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1983, majoring in Water Transportation Management. In 1997, he got Master Degree in Technology. He is also the guest professor of Shanghai Maritime University.
Mr. Li Shaode is currently the Vice Chairman of China Shipowners' Association, and in 1999 he was awarded the title of expert with national government special allowance.

Zhang Jianhua
Vice President and Party Committee Member

Mr. Zhang Jianhua has been the Vice President and Member of Party Committee
of China Shipping (Group) Company since 1997. Prior to that, he had been the Managing Director of China Marine & Seaman Service Corporation from 1992 to 1997.
Mr. Zhang Jianhua graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1985, majoring in political education.

Lin Jianqing
Vice President and Party Committee Member

Mr. Lin Jianqing has been the Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since 2005. He had been the Vice President of China Shipping (Group) Company from 1997 to 2005.
Mr. Lin Jianqing graduated from Turbine Department of Dalian Maritime University in 1982, and got his Master Degree in Planning and Management of Transport from Dalian Maritime University in 1999. In 2003, he was awarded the Doctorate of International Business Management by East China Normal University.
Currently he is the Vice Chairman of Shanghai Marine Engineering Academic Society.

Wang Daxiong
Vice President and Party Committee Member

Mr. Wang Daxiong has been the Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since 2005. He took the position of vice president in 2001. And prior to that, he had been the CFO of China Shipping (Group) Company from 1997 to 2001.
Mr. Wang Daxiong graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1983, majoring in Finance of Water Transportation Management.
Currently Mr. Wang is the Chairman of Shanghai Transportation Account Association.

Zhang Guofa
Vice President and Party Committee Member

Mr. Zhang Guofa has been the Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since November 2005.He took office as the executive presidentfrom November 2004. Prior to that, he had worked in the Ministry of Communications.
Mr. Zhang Guofa graduated from Wuhan University in 1988, and got his Master and Doctor Degree in 1991 and 1997 respectively.

Kou Laiqi
Director of Party Disciplinary Inspection Office and Party Committee Member

Mr. Kou Laiqi has been the Director of Party Disciplinary Inspection Office and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since 2000. Prior to that, he had been the Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of China Shipping (Group) Company from 1997 to 2000.
Mr. Kou Laiqi graduated from Corresponding College of Central Party School with bachelor degree.

Chen Decheng
Chairman of the Union and Party Committee Member

Mr. Chen Decheng has been the Chairman of the Union and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since 2001. Prior to that, he had been the chairman of the Union of China Shipping (Group) Company from 1998 to 2001.
Chairman Chen graduated with bachelor degree from East China University of Science and Technology.
